Humanities Major
Description
Students must complete six (6) units:
- four (4) units in history which must include either HS501 or HS570, and must include HS701 and HS735 for this major or equivalent units from another institution
- two (2) units in geography (GE501 and GE601) OR two (2) units in indigenous studies (HS636 and SS502)
The unit HS636 cannot contribute to both the indigenous studies units and the history units it may only be used for the indigenous studies units if the indigenous studies part is chosen.
