The unit targets a range of particular concerns that are frequently presented in counselling and provides students with information pertinent to these issues. Students are also introduced to the ways in which counsellors have approached, conceptualised and treated these issues. They are also provided with opportunities to reflect on these issues for themselves not only psychologically but also theologically in terms of personal relevance and experience.
